Cancellation and Refund Policy

Understanding our refund policy and your rights as a customer

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content and immediate access provided upon purchase, Maaba Academy maintains a limited refund policy. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refunds in specific circumstances.

Important Notice:

Important: Once you have accessed course content, attended live sessions, or downloaded materials, refunds cannot be processed as the service has been delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content for more than 7 days
  • Duplicate payment transactions (verified through payment gateway)
  • Course cancellation by Maaba Academy before commencement
  • Non-delivery of physical products (trading book) within 30 days
  • Payment processing errors or unauthorized transactions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or issue occurrence, whichever is applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered:

  • Trading courses after content access or first live session attendance
  • Downloaded or viewed course materials and recordings
  • Community access after first login
  • Completed mentorship sessions
  • Trading strategies and signals already provided
  • Physical trading book after successful delivery

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before accessing course content or attending the first live session. Once any content is accessed, cancellations are not permitted.

For upcoming batches, course transfers may be available up to 48 hours before the batch start date, subject to availability and a one-time transfer fee of ₹500.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email your request to support@maabaacademy.com within 7 days
  • Include your order ID, payment receipt, and detailed reason
  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Note: Bank processing times may add 5-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

  • Sending a detailed appeal to grievance@maabaacademy.com
  • Contacting us at +91 7989235674 during business hours
  • Filing a dispute with your payment provider if resolution is not achieved

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 business days of escalation.

7. Payment Gateway Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. In addition to our refund policy, Razorpay's terms and conditions also apply. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay directly.
